This interactive experience will feature hands-on training and posing education designed to help you learn proper mobility, exercise form, and posing technique. The day will include group instruction with breakout sessions to refine your training and posing, the opportunity to participate in a mock show, and a live Bikini Besties Podcast recording where you can ask all your questions about training, posing, and competing.

Allyson will be leading the training lecture with breakout technique sessions, in addition to offering 1-on-1 training assessments and in-person training sessions. 1-on-1 sessions with Allyson are limited and filling fast. BRITTANY | POSING
Brittany Hamilton, IFBB Bikini Pro & Olympian, will be leading our posing technique and mock show group session, in addition to offering 1-on-1 posing sessions. Scheduling details will be available at official announcement soon.
