Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nine Realms Athletics website (ninerealmsathletics.com) or becoming a member of Nine Realms Athletics ("the Gym"). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By visiting our website, signing up for a membership, or using any services offered by Nine Realms Athletics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Terms All memberships are subject to the terms outlined at the time of sign-up through our membership portal. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Nine Realms Athletics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for violation of gym rules, nonpayment, or conduct deemed disruptive or harmful to the facility or other members.

3. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct Members and guests agree to follow all posted rules within the facility at all times. This includes but is not limited to: proper equipment use, re-racking weights, respecting other members, appropriate attire, and maintaining a clean training environment. Nine Realms Athletics reserves the right to revoke access without refund for violation of facility rules.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, and in rare cases more serious physical harm. By using our facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in physical fitness activities. Nine Realms Athletics, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from your use of our facility or services. All members are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to accessing the facility. 5. Health Disclaimer Nine Realms Athletics is not a medical facility. Nothing provided by the gym, its owners, or staff constitutes medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

6. Payment & Cancellation Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at sign-up. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice in accordance with the terms agreed to during enrollment. Refunds are not issued for unused membership periods unless otherwise required by law.

7. Website Use The content on ninerealmsathletics.com is provided for informational purposes only. All website content, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Nine Realms Athletics and may not be reproduced without written permission.
